The most expensive hospital AI may be the software that works exactly as designed and still makes a nurse's shift harder.

Black Book Research's State of AI in Hospital Nursing findings, released September 23, describe a trust problem inside acute care. In an August survey of 202 hospital nursing professionals, 65% said they felt individually watched or behaviorally tracked by at least one AI or algorithmic system. Sixty-three percent said AI added tasks without removing old ones.
