On September 2, 2026, Boston-based Elucid announced a $55 million oversubscribed Series D, bringing total funding to about $185 million. The round included a large medtech company joining as Elucid's fourth publicly traded strategic investor, along with IAG Capital Partners and Elevage Medical Technologies, a platform created by Patient Square Capital.
