Link Cell Therapies develops AND-gate CAR-T cell therapies designed to act only on cells carrying two tumor markers. Its lead program LNK001 targets ENPP3 and CAIX; the first patient was dosed in a Phase 1 trial in advanced or metastatic clear cell kidney cancer at MD Anderson in September 2026 (NCT07564232). A $30 million extension brought its Series A to $90 million. A colorectal cancer program is planned for first-in-human testing in 2027.
