Agencies, pharma publication teams and education providers pay clinicians to write regulatory documents, manuscripts, slide decks, congress materials and accredited education. It is the most accessible freelance route available to a working doctor, it scales from a few hours a month to full time, and it teaches the commercial vocabulary the rest of industry expects.
