Vitalize gives health systems an "air traffic control" layer for clinical labor and capacity, replacing spreadsheet schedules with forecasting and automated staffing responses. Co-founded by CEO Veeraj Shah and Sanketh Andhavarapu, it raised a $31M Series A led by Oak HC/FT in October 2026.
